These terms govern the booking and use of our accommodations as well as the rights and obligations between guests and HotelResidenz.
The following terms apply to all bookings of rooms, suites, and additional services via our website, by phone, or by email. Deviating regulations require written confirmation by HotelResidenz.
With the booking request, the guest submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded by our written or electronic confirmation. The confirmation contains the booked services, the period, and the total price.
Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. In case of later withdrawal or non-arrival, we charge 80% of the accommodation price. Rebookings are free of charge once up to 7 days before arrival; thereafter, a fee of €50 applies.
We are liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for gross negligence and intent. For property damage, we are liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage. Liability for brought-in items is governed by statutory provisions.
The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules and to report any damage to the furnishings immediately. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. In the event of violations of these obligations, HotelResidenz may terminate the stay without notice and claim damages.
The collection, processing, and use of personal data is carried out exclusively for contract processing and in accordance with our privacy policy. Disclosure to third parties occurs only insofar as it is necessary for the provision of services or a legal obligation exists.
We reserve the right to change these terms with effect for the future. We will inform guests of material changes by email or by a notice on our website. If the guest does not object within four weeks, the new terms are deemed accepted.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of HotelResidenz. Should a provision be invalid, the contract remains otherwise valid. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose.
